GPAINNOVA to Participate in 4 International Trade Fairs in the First Quarter of 2023

GPAINNOVA will be attending four international trade fairs in the first quarter of 2023: Vicenzaoro, specializing in jewellery; Arab Health, the leading conference and trade show in the Middle East; IDS International Dental Show and MECSPE, the largest innovation event in the manufacturing industry.
Jewelry polishing solutions in Vicenzaoro
The first event of the year will be Vicenzaoro 2023, the largest European trade fair dedicated to gold, jewelry, and goldsmithing, which will feature exhibitors from Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. The event, to be held from January 20th to 24th in the Italian city of Vicenza, will bring together the latest trends in the sector.
GPAINNOVA will be there, at booth 013 and hall 09, to showcase its polishing solutions for precious metals. One of its brands to be show there is MURUA, the smallest machine based on passive layer technology for gold, silver, copper, brass, and palladium. This table-top device allows polishing to be carried out in a single step, providing a mirror finish in an automated process. The machine facilitates the polishing of parts that are not accessible either manually or mechanically. MURUA’s technology is suitable for watch components and jewelry with minerals such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, opals and amethysts, natural or synthetic, among others.
In addition to three MURUA units, visitors will be able to see a DLyte PRO500, the most versatile dry electropolishing machine for the automation of mass surface finishing processes; a DLyte Desktop PRO, the first ultra-compact dry electropolishing device, received last year the award for Most Innovative Electropolishing Machine at the European Enterprise Awards 2021. Finally, the stand will also showing the new DLyte 100PRO, a compact device for applying symmetrical low and high frequency pulses and concatenating parameters.
Surface finishing systems for implants and prosthetics at Arab Health
From January 30th to February 2nd, GPAINNOVA will be in Dubai to attend the Arab Health Exhibition 2023, the main trade fair for the health sector in the Arab world and one of the leading shows for the latest medical advances. GPAINNOVA will be exhibiting there its DLyte’s solutions for the surface finishing of prosthetic components and implants at the Dubai World Trade Centre. All of them will be on display at booth G58, hall H3.
Polishing automation systems in dental laboratories: the challenge for IDS
From March 14th to 18th, GPAINNOVA will to take part in IDS 2023, in Cologne (Germany), the world’s leading trade fair for the dental sector. The company group will be on booth D019, hall 2.2, showing its innovations for polishing partial dentures, bridges, and crowns in cobalt-chrome or titanium. The machinery on display is based on DryLyte dry electropolishing technology, a solution that allows the finishing of cavities that cannot be reached by other mechanical polishing methods. This process is suitable for dental parts manufactured by casting, sintering, or milling, and allows all types of dental laboratories to automate their part finishing processes in a cost-effective way and with a limited environmental impact.
GPAINNOVA will carry out live demonstrations of the polishing process of the most common metal alloys in the orthopedics industry, and will show the options to increase the quality of the results and the profitability of the business.
Solutions for surface finishing in the industrial sector at MECSPE
Finally, the Bologna Exhibition Center will host MECSPE 2023, an international exhibition of specialized mechanics, from March 29th to 31st.
GPAINNOVA will present there its proposals for surface finishing, advantages of conventional electrolytic, and abrasive polishing systems, as it improves surface quality, preserves part geometry and increases corrosion resistance in a single step. The machinery on display at MECSPE provides high quality automated metal surface finishing for a variety of industries, such as medical devices, automotive and aerospace.
