GPAINNOVA to Launch a New Electropolishing Machine for the Dental Sector at IDS 2023

GPAINNOVA, one of the leading technology business group specializing in surface finishing, will be presenting for the very first time its latest electropolishing machine for the dental industry at IDS 2023. This event, the main global trade fair for the dental community, will take place from March 14th to 18th in Cologne (Germany).
At booth D019, hall 2.2, attendees will be able to discover the innovative features of GPAINNOVA’s DLyte brand, including a new electropolishing machine for the dental sector, a renewed polishing equipment with faster and more affordable processes, new solutions to polish titanium dental parts, a new electrolyte for an even superior shine, and new fixation systems for crowns and bridges. All these cutting-edge solutions, meant for dental laboratories, increase efficiency and reduce costs in polishing processes.
A New Electropolishing Device and Machines with Increased Capacities
The new machine developed for small and medium size laboratories will be revealed on March 14th at 10 am. This equipment is easy to use and affordable for laboratories that need to automate their polishing processes at a very low outlay, while obtaining high-quality, consistent results in a single step. A unit will be raffled between the visitors who take part in this campaign.
GPAINNOVA will be showing also new fixation systems and parameters that multiply by three the productivity of the existing equipment. This solution increases the capacity per cycle by two and reduces the processing time for the following machines: DLyte Desktop, DLyte 1, DLyte 10, and DLyte 100.
Polishing Solutions for Titanium Dental Parts
Among the most important DLyte’s novelties, there is alwo a more efficient, cost-effective way to polish titanium dental pieces, traditionally considered as a hard-to-machine material. GPAINNOVA’s experts have overcome this challenge with the help of an innovative process based on dry electropolishing process. This system removes material from the metal surface by ion transport, using a non-electrically conductive liquid that acts as a media carrier, while protecting titanium during the process from the oxygen present in the air. As a result, technicians can get high-gloss finishing, geometry preservation, uniformity, and repeatability, with the lowest cost per piece and minimal material removal.
DLyte’s New Electrolytes for a Superior Brightness
GPAINNOVA will be showcasing its new electrolytes for an even brighter finish. Thanks to this, dental laboratories will be able to obtain mirror-finished RDPs in work cycles from 5 to 10 minutes.
Optimized Fixation Systems for Dental Crowns and Bridges
Another innovation to be released is a new fixturing system to polish dental crowns and bridges, a process that can be automated with DLyte. With this solution, dental laboratories can process all types of metal dental parts in just one machine.
Celebrating the Anniversary of GPAINNOVA and DLyte
Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of GPAINNOVA and the 6th anniversary of DLyte, the business group will be offering the visitors the opportunity of winning special prizes and gifts. During this trade show, moreover, all the people visiting booth D019, hall 2.2, will be able to get their own samples polished for free and to take part in a raffle in which special prizes and gifts will be awarded.
