GPAINNOVA to Exhibit its Surface Finishing Solutions for the Industry at DeburringExpo, Rheinstetten

GPAINNOVA,the global leading company in surface finishing electropolishing technologies with more than 400 customers worldwide, will attend the next edition of DeburringEXPO, the leading technical trade fair for deburring technology and precision surface finishing. The exhibition portfoliocovers processing of workpieces and components made of all technical materials and for all industry sectors. All these developments will be exhibited from October 12 to 14 at Messe Karlsruhe, Rheinstetten (Germany). During the event, GPAINNOVA will be showcasing its industrial solutions based on its electropolishing systems, DLyte and MURUA, at booth number 503 (25 sqm).




A Wide Range of Dry Electropolishing Solutions


GPAINNOVA will be showing one of its newest machines: DLyte Desktop PRO, launched in April 2021. Due to its low price, its small dimensions (450 x 521 x 471 mm) and for not requiring a special pre-existing or compressed air installation (it works with a plug-and-play system), this device allows any industry, no matter the size, to successfully automate its production.


DLyte Dekstop PRO is ready to treat cobalt-chrome (CoCr), titanium and stainless-steel pieces with the standard software, and additional metals with an optional software upgrade. This upgrade can treat several metals (for instance, brass, copper, hard metals and nickel alloys).



GPAINNOVA will be also exhibiting DLyte PRO500, the most versatile and powerful equipment for mass production. It provides a high quality and fully automated surface treatment for high value, delicate or complex parts, with specific finishing requirements and high precision. The combination of an electrochemical process and a careful mechanical movement eliminates the roughness of the pieces. DLyte PRO500 offers several technical benefits over other technologies, such as abrasive finishing, robotic scouring and polishing and mechanical brushing.



GPANNOVA’s booth will host another machine based on DLyte: DLyte 100I, the largest laboratory machine for industrial applications. This equipment combines a planetary movement and a vertical back-and-forth motion inside the drum containing the dry electrolyte media. DLyte 100I is specially designed for high-value, small, fragile and delicate pieces with high-demanding finishing requirements. It is suitable to treat cutting tools, precision components and AM parts.

The DLyte system was granted the TCT Award for Excellence in Additive Manufacturing Post-Processing in September 2018.


All the attendees interested in polishing their own metal samples can bring them to this trade fair and get it treated for free by GPAINNOVA’s technicians.

Finally,GPAINNOVA will show MURUA Universal. Developed in 2014 and patented a year later, it is the smallest machine in passive layer technology to work with gold, palladium-coated gold, silver, copper and brass. It allows the polishing in a single step, providing a mirror effect finish and in an automated way, while facilitating the polishing of parts that cannot be accessed either manually or mechanically. MURUA technology is suitable to treat aesthetic parts and jewelry components with minerals.
