Would you like to see how DLyte works with your applications?
Our main goal is to build a consistent and repeatable process which meets our customers requirements. After this test you will receive the samples back to you treated with our technology and a Technical Surface Report with essential data of the process and results, including surface measurements and a proposal of equipment, media and tooling.
Nothing better than see what we can do with your parts. Let’s start filling our online questionnaire (5 min) in order to understand your requirements.
Shall we start?
How our DLyte sample process works
Step 1
Definition of requirements
Technical requirements definition is essential for a targeted and focussed project development. A one-on-one meeting to understand better your needs, challenges, prioject schedule and other relevant project details can be held to clarify specifications.
Step 2
Project development
Our test lab develops the finishing process specially designed for your workpiece and your application. Our experts will define the equipment, fixtures or custom tooling, consumables and parametres. As part of the process development we interact with your design and production department in case changes in the design or production process are required to improve the finishing outcome.
Step 3
Sample processing
Sample parts are processed by our experts with existint equipment. The output of our test lab is a Technical Surface Finishing Report with essential data of the process and results, including surface measurements and a proposal of equipment and media.
Step 4
Customer feedback & fine tunning
After the customer receives the parts treated and the technical report a meeting to comment results and plan next steps is organized. During the meeting fine tunning of the process or redefinition of target finishing can be determined in case that the finishing requirements as material removal, part tolerances or surface quality is not achieved. A second sample processing of your samples to improve the results can be done after the feedback of the customer is clarified.
