DLYTE POLISHING SYSTEM

Easy and affordable
mirror-finishing results
Based on the DryLyte Technology, this tabletop device achieves mirror-finishing results for
Cobalt-Chrome RPDs, crowns, bridges, and bars. Its finishing processes respect complex
geometries, tight tolerances, and it is fully repeatable.
The new Dry Suspension electrolyte for dental pieces delivers high-gloss finishing, geometry preservation, excellent uniformity and repeatability, with an unbeaten cost per piece.

In this new solution, a non-electrically conductive liquid acts as a media carrier and protects the surface from the oxygen present in the air during the process, achieving greater resolution and penetration in narrow areas.
Mixture of solid particles and liquid for immersion systems for complex geometries to obtain the shiniest results. The liquid minimizes undesired oxidation, and reduces the contact surface.

How the system works?
Step 1
Load the holder with the parts and insert it into the machine
Step 2
Insert the motor head on the machine
Step 3 POLISHING STEP
Select the polishing program and start the program
Step 4
Once the polishing process is over, detach the motor head, pull out holder from the machine, and place it in the oil cleaning tank.
Step 5 CLEANING STEP
Attach the motor head to begin the automated cleaning. Repeat this step with the water-cleaning tank. Once it is done, unload the finished parts.

2 pieces per cycle in 20-40 minutes
DLyte Mini is composed of a polishing unit with a fixturing for 2 RPDs and a motorized head that combines a planetary and orbital motion inside the drum containing the electrolyte media.
This machine is equipped with a two-stage cleaning system that thoroughly rinses the piece and removes any remaining electrolyte.
2 rinse steps with oil and water
The holder and machine head are assembled into the deposits for efficient, automatic cleaning after the polishing process, offering the most complete solution in a compact system.

Our fixturing solutions are specifically designed for quick and easy clamping of parts, enabling you to clamp two RPDs in seconds.

Add a second machine body for superior brightness
For a superior, perfect mirror finishing result, a two-step polishing process can be applied by combining the DLyte Mini with a complementary machine body. This process can achieve a final mirror finishing result in as little as five minutes.

The second body comes with the same two-stage cleaning system that effectively rinses the pieces and removes any leftover electrolyte after the second polishing step.
The second machine employs the same machine head used for polishing in the DLyte Mini, allowing a fast and easy combination
of polishing processes.

The equipment boasts the latest technology and it fits into a tiny box. It is extremely space-saving as it can be operated on top of a 700 x 710 x 400 mm table. When space is limited DLyte mini brings high output in a very small case. The new mechanical design ensures an exceptionally smooth and silent operation.
Ultra-Compact
Quick Coupling and Releasing of the Holder
The new and convenient holder fixation system with easy pressure and automatic locking system reduces the loading and unloading times.
Plug and Play
Any professional will learn how to use DLyte mini easily, without prior knowledge.
The DLyte mini does not require special installation. It operates with a standard household electrical plug.
Advanced and Intuitive Interface
In a matter of minutes, users can begin surface finishing metal parts from the comfort of their desktop. Pre-set settings and opt-in advanced controls allow every technician to finish high-quality metal parts at the press of a button.

Lower Costs
The treatment does not require manual processing, reducing its labor costs and eliminating the need to rework parts and the production of defective parts.
The dust emitted during manual polishing is dangerous for health.
Clean & Safe
The automation of surface finishing protects technicians from the exposure to the chemical agents at work. The consumables used are safe and clean, without hazards of chemical liquids waste or dust during the process.
